Data Processing Agreement

1. Introduction

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between PRSense Labs ("Processor") and the Customer ("Controller") for the PRSense services.

2. Definitions

"Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

"Processing" means any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, storage, and analysis.

3. Data Processing

The Processor shall process Personal Data only on documented instructions from the Controller, including with regard to transfers to a third country.

4. Security Measures

The Processor implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including:

• Encryption of Personal Data in transit and at rest
• Regular security assessments
• Access controls and authentication
• Incident response procedures

5. Sub-processors

The Processor may engage sub-processors to assist in providing the services. A current list of sub-processors is available upon request.

6. Data Subject Rights

The Processor shall assist the Controller in responding to requests from data subjects exercising their rights under applicable data protection laws.
